At Celerity, we value each and every one of our transcriptionists and editors. Celerity has a dedicated QA team specifically selected for their attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and years of transcribing and proofreading experience.
Our QA team provides timely, constructive feedback and seeks to help you build your skill set and increase your productivity. Celerity fosters an environment of open communication and a collaborative team approach between transcriptionists and QA Supervisors. The QA team is available to answer your questions and provide direction, so you may work remotely but never feel alone.
Celerity’s transcriptionists/editors are hired as independent contractors, and we offer a competitive line rate above the current industry standard, as well as a production incentive.
QA Supervisors are hired as employees and can qualify for medical and dental insurance, simple IRA, and earned PTO.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Celerity welcomes experienced and qualified medical and non-medical transcriptionists, editors and supervisors. Celerity gladly hires military wives and offers flexible scheduling.
Celerity is looking for individuals who are:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently but still be a team player.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Critical thinkers with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able edit/transcribe 150 lines per hour and accurately format and proofread a document in Word.
- Detail oriented and able to multitask.
Applicants will be required to pass a knowledge-based test and a transcription test to qualify for hire as an independent contractor. Why? We want the very best transcriptionists working for us!
