MISSION STATEMENT
Celerity Solutions Group’s mission is two-fold:
Our Values
Expertise. Service. Integrity. We get it.
Celerity Solutions Group, LLC was formed in 2008 with the merger of 3 medical transcription service organizations (MTSOs). This merger combined over 25 years of medical transcription experience under one umbrella. Under the leadership of CEO Dara Tribelhorn, Celerity continues its legacy of exceptional healthcare documentation services in the areas of medical and academic transcription. As a woman-owned leader in the transcription industry, Celerity has strategically grown and proven itself as an innovator in technology, talent acquisition and recruitment, and superior customer service.
Service
Celerity’s proprietary software can interface with your EMR to provide accurate and timely document delivery. The security of your information is one of our highest priorities.
Security and privacy measures include physical security of the data center, security of transmitted and stored information, and privacy of confidential information.
We recruit talent from across the country and provide ongoing training and education to our transcriptionists through Celerity U, our education arm.
Celerity provides dedicated customer service and production teams to meet turnaround times and deliver professional documentation 24/7.
Integrity
Celerity believes in a grassroots approach to business, starting from the top down. Our CEO started as a medical transcriptionist in 1994 and worked her way up to Operations Manager and eventually owner and CEO. Our Operations Manager and team of Quality Assurance Supervisors have years of experience in the transcription industry. They bring strong technical and leadership skills to the job. Those skills are balanced with a sense of teamwork and community. We all believe in putting the customer first and make your satisfaction our highest goal.
